Jim has extensive experience in many areas of law, including real estate, mortgage banking, corporate, international trade, and estate planning. He and his staff currently represent a national lender in regards to residential real estate closings. Additionally, Jim is corporate counsel to several active and growing Rochester-area businesses and is well-versed in all areas of corporate law as well as estate planning and trust administration. Commercial litigation completes his fast-paced and diverse practice.
Jay brings over twenty-five years of business and legal experience to the Marino Law Group team. His involvement includes advertising sales and management at a Fortune 500 company, to owning a small family business. He has a wide range of experience in real estate sales and purchases, mortgage refinances, and corporate asset sales and purchases.
